Exchange Policy for T-shirts:
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received or need a size change, you can request a return for it by emailing us on warmarshalindia@gmail.com
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and the necessary steps will be taken regarding replacement or refunds.
Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery.
What checks are done for Returned products?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. Clothing products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
How long will the return process take?
Once you request a return, you will have arrange for the product to be returned to our address.

This process will take 7-10 working days from the date the returned item(s) are received back for national orders and 10-15 working days for international orders.
Partial returns:
Yes, you can return a part of an order, but any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your order will not be considered when processing these returns.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged ?
DTG T-shirts, Posters and Fridge Magnets are Print-on-demand products. These are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges for face masks in the interest of hygiene.
Is there any limit on the number of times the same product can be returned?
Yes, the same product can not be returned more than 2 times.
WARMARSHAL reserves the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Return process.
